All rates are per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 13, 2027 to July 14, 2028. Front-door trash pickup fee required with each installment. Rates include furnishings, in-unit laundry, Internet, unlimited electricity and water/sewer, community amenities. $45 amenity fee required with each installment. Annual administrative fee ($600, or $125 with approved guarantor) and $30 application fee required. Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
